Marketing Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for the daily administrative tasks and coordination of the marketing needs requirements of the company
  • Support the Sales General Manager and the Wholesale Establishment Manager in organizing various presentations with suppliers
  • Conduct market research of the top natural beauty and health food brands in Canada
  • Explore marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
  • Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
  • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
  • Update content in company’s website and social media accounts
  • Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
  • Other duties as directed by the Sales General Manager



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Manaagement, Marketing, Advertising or related field
  • Two years of experience in marketing or advertising
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent writing and drafting skills
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada


Salary:  $15 per hour (part-time)
